South Africa, Johannesburg, 13 June 2023; Restaurateur and master chef Luke Dale Roberts is bringing his lavish Sunday Brunch to Johannesburg – and in the nick of time for Father’s Day.

The Pot Luck Club Johannesburg, the fledgling sister to the über successful Cape Town eatery, was launched only last month much to the joy of the city’s gourmets. Now, the most decadent of all repasts, the Sunday Brunch, served with lashings of panache is available every Sunday too.

This is Sunday Brunch done proper. The modern globally-inspired menu is served in waves of gloriously decadent dishes from 11am until late afternoon.

The Sunday Brunch Set Menu includes dishes such as Bloody Mary Oyster, Korean Fish Ssam, Brioche Porcini Asparagus and Sauce Hollandaise, Smoked Snoek Tartlet, and The Arnold Bennett – named after the author Arnold Bennett who would order an omelette containing haddock when perennially staying at The Savoy in London. Other items on the brunch menu include Ravioli Leek & Ricotta with Serrano Ham and Barigoule Nage, Duck Apple & Vanilla with Puoy Lentil Cassoulet, and Tonka Bean Madeleine with Chocolate & Passion Fruit Pâté de Fruit for dessert.

For drinks, guests are invited to enjoy bottomless Cap Classique or create their own Bloody Mary Cocktails at the DIY Bloody Mary Bar featuring home-flavoured vodkas including smoked jalapeno and lemon, plus crispy bacon strips, Worcestershire roe, celery sticks and tobasco.
