Book a cocktail-craftmanship class led by sommelier Richard Gosa and executive chef Gregory Henderson where they’ll show you and your party how to up your mixology skills by including indigenous botanicals in your masterful concoctions.

Priced at R395 per person. Add a cheese and charcuterie board or plant-based platter at R225 per person.

DINNER DELUXE

From our signature de Tafel restaurant, take a culinary odyssey from the Cape’s hinterland to the coastline experiencing lesser-known ingredients and hyper local produce. Your guide is Gregory Henderson – known as The Forage Chef – where he’ll take you on an explorative five-course culinary walk-about, assisted by sommelier Richard Gosa and his cellar of intriguing under-the-radar wines.

Priced at R850 per person excluding beverages and R1500 per person including wine pairing.

DREAM TEAM RETREAT

Splash out and plan an overnight stay for your crew and include all the trimmings of a spa treatment, gourmet meals and a luxurious night’s sleep. Check-in and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival, then head for the Açaí Spa and Wellness Oasis for an afternoon of pampering. Dinner at Palm House’s signature de Tafel restaurant follows, hosted by chef Gregory.  After a bliss sleep, head for the hills with chef Greg in the morning – before or after breakfast – where he’ll guide your group on a foraging walk into the woodlands of Table Mountain. You’ll be amazed at what you’ll find!

Accommodation inclusive of spa treatments, dinner at de Tafel, breakfast at Palm Terrace and the forage walk is priced from R4000 per person per night.
